spatiospectral_merging¶

muse_origin.spatiospectral_merging(tbl, tol_spat, tol_spec)[source]¶ Perform the spatial and spatio spectral merging.
The spectral merging give the same ID if several group of lines (from spatial merging) if they share at least one line frequency

- tbl
astropy.table.Table ID,x,y,z,…
- tol_spat
int spatial tolerance for the spatial merging
- tol_spec
int spectral tolerance for the spectral merging
- tbl
- Returns
astropy.table.TableTable: id, x, y, z, area, imatch, imatch2 imatch is the ID after spatial and spatio spectral merging. imatch2 is the ID after spatial merging only.
